Cons

The AC in our room kept shutting off every hour even though we had a piece of paper stuck in the card slot thing. We even tried the room card in it and it still shut off.
Housekeeping was slow to get to our room.
Elevators
Rude people
The initial wait for our room to be ready thursday afternoon.
