Seriously, I don't understand most of the childish shit that goes on in this fandom.

A LONG ASS time ago (try 5 years now) I joined this fandom. The first person I started talking to was Oz. We really clicked online and I started drawing our characters together. Over the following months Oz and I grew closer but we where always thousands of miles away from one another. I mean, it really didn't go further then that other then a couple of days he was in the states, all of which happened to be terribly uncomfortable for me and full of fighting. No one seems to fucking understand that nothing happened. It was petty and insignificant.

I mean, I was young and I still am young. Still trying to find my path. I've had more then my share of girlfriends yet no one knows about that or talks about that. As a matter of fact: no one knows ANYTHING about me or who I am. Yet they judge with what little information they see on a fucking furry website or hear from other people.

It's amazing how badly furries shun the idea of someone being straight. It's simply amazing.

Seriously ask yourselves this: WHO AM I HIDING FROM?

Why would I be afraid to admit I was gay to a fandom that's 99% homosexual!? Do you understand how pointless that is? If i was gay, I'd PROBABLY have a boyfriend right now and not going to bed alone every night, yeah?

I'm straight. I've already come to terms with that and in the end that's my fucking business and no one elses. I'm just really sick of people holding the Oz thing against me every time I express my sexual preference like I'm in denial.

Grow the fuck up.

So back when hotel reservations first opened, I went ahead and got a full 2 room suite, the one with a master room with kingsize bed, then attached second room with two full beds.

Unfortunately the folks who were going in with me have had to back out. SO! I'm looking for someone who is interested in upgrading to the suite who may have not gotten in earlier! Even better if you have just a regular hotel room I could swap to! If not no worries, I can make other arrangements. I just can't afford a full suite by myself, and would like to save the cancelation fees.

Went out to Coco Beach on Friday through Sunday to party at the Warm and Fuzzy Christmas Party. Once again I had a blast at the WFCP. Even though it rained most of it, it was by far one of the best ones yet. Thanks to Pacerfox and Laphin for being good roomies. Quincy was there too but only for Friday night. And thanks to Laphin for bringing Wully Bully and Ditto out in the party. I brought Santa Paws out to the party. Thanks to Oz for the dances Friday night when I DJed. *WINK* Thanks to Herbie and KP for throwing a hell of a party. Takala, thank you for being a good friend and making some kick ass Macadamia Nut Chicken. A bunch of us went out Friday night to a Delicious Sushi/Thai restaurant called Thai Thai. Michel Mephit, KP, Zeke, Zorin, Malowolf, Jackie Dog, Takala was some of the gang that went out for Sushi. I am sorry Twinkie that you were sick through most of the party. I would like to thank Xavier Rottie for something special he did for me. He let me put on, one of my favorite fursuits out there, Xavier Rottie. That meant a lot to me. Thanks also go out to all the suiters that came to my Dances. Nice seeing you all over the weekend. Sorry if I left some out, but so much happened in a short period of time, I would be here all night. I hope you liked the music. I can not wait till next year! I have an appointment with the choir director for an application and test; my teacher really likes me now... just a week ago, she was warning me about my grade slipping from a A to a B-, but now I am on her good side. *rubs paws, grinning*

Regardless, I think this whole choir thing might be a life changing event... I dunno, I've been so much happier since this whole turn of events!! *shiba yap*

I was at church for a choir performance sing-a-long with the Minnesota Chorale performing Handel's "Messiah." It is a 53 part piece in which is mostly chorus (everyone sings). So... I sat down in the mixed section (SATB) and a section leader came up to me, "We need more tenors... you look like one... can I have you?" I nod and say, "Never sung before, but I know I am a tenor." So I was in the Tenor 1 section, front and center of the entire church with the Minnesota Chorale. As the second piece came up, I went with the flow; I never knew I had those capabilities... D:

After all was said and done, my MUSIC TEACHER of all people comes up to me afterwards and said, "Patrick!!! I didn't know you sang! We need another tenor in the university's choir, are you willing to help us?" I was a bit nervous; never sang for a group before tonight and I had no formal practice... I agreed though, because she said she heard me. My face was red.... I can honestly say I have never been so honored before; the MSU choir is very select and consists of approx. 50 people. How could I turn down something so important?

So today, before class... I sit here typing this... before my first rehersal at noon~ Wish me luck boys! *is not a soloist!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!*

Just got back from "A Very Fuzzy Christmas" and I have to admit it was a lot of fun! I love hanging out with friends I don't see very often. Just stayed Saturday night and BOY did I get really really drunk, too drunk haha. So thank you Herbie, KP, and Yappy for the awesome time!

Tried to go surfing the first day but the waves were crap and it was way too cold :P So, just ended up doing a quick photo shoot of Trigger on the beach:
