For those who tried yesterday and received the Session Time out error message please try again if you receive the error again try clearing your cookies..  because of the site and system change the old information still being stored in your cookies and visiting the new site causes conflicts.. If you still have troubles signing in on the front page let me know so we can get the bugs worked out.. So far it seems like most are not having issues but a few have.

Hard to believe that time is upon us again... It seems like yesterday that I was there with you... and now Megaplex is here once more :) I'll be getting there Thursday night and staying through Sunday night XD

I'll be giving a piano concert on Friday night at 7 p.m. in the main event room. I have a bunch of stuff lined out for it, so come check it out!

Also, major props to Chilly Mouse (film2edit) for granting me space at her table to spread furry hip-hop to you yet again... I released a new album, Shop Music earlier this year, so feel free to check it out too!

Just thought I'd chime in here as well.

Hi! I'm Gen and I'll be at Megaplex. I'm the artist for Little Tales and will be selling the year one collection at my table and will be happy to doodle in your copy if you'd like. As a special bonus, I've convinced my other half (Uriel in the comic) to come along as well. He can draw too, so you should pester him to do art!

I'll be making my usual index card badges for $20, but also offering something fancier for $25. The fancier badges are larger and a lot more expressive. I also have these sketchcards for sale for $20-$30 (depending on complexity). Plus I have a few little fun badges and other random things.

I will be taking commissions at my table from anything as simple as a quick pencil sketch to a full page full color picture.

This post is being made as a warning to anyone who might want to do business with this person. He has toyed around with me and my friend and come up with stories to back up his own. I have posted emails from both sides so you can see the email tags we had to do back and forth to get any information from this guy. If frazzle wants to add the notes he sent back and forth with him he will do so (I just do not have access to them).

This is the story with email conversations I had with Rex, the person who bid on 2 otters that were made by Frazzle and given to me to sell after FC. Both otters were posted the month of June 2009 . As always, I rather post on ebay because it is a lot easier to do so and much safer than furbid or furbuy. So this is what happened. As always, when someone bids on an auction in any auction site it is a good idea or at least common knowledge to pay no later than 2 days after the auction has ended. That way the seller does not worry about if they are going to get paid or not.

The happy otter auction ended in June the 4th of 2009. I had to fight with Rex a few times to get payment out of him to pay for an auction. Again, if you bid on something I do not need to shake the money out of you. Serious bidders rule you know? But this was a bit different. Here are my emails concerning the first otter. Take in mind these are all ebay emails back and forth, if anyone needs to see screen shots instead of just copy and pastes by me I can gladly do so as I have nothing to hide in this situation.

My first email I got worried and told him I needed payment. I did not see him email me back or anything so I demanded payment as soon as possible, this was his first email to me.

Oh and don't think I am a local of Dawsonville either! I have to drive just as far as you do, possibly more, coming from macon or marietta. I just thought it would be a nice outlet for us all to get away from the city life and such and go out of our way for a great cause!

Wanted to say Thank You to the LAFFers for another great weekend of fun ^^ Had an awesome time at softball (gave up just a few runs but went 3 for 4 at the plate) and at bowling (I think I got a 79 with a couple of spares) and getting curbstomped in Texas Hold'em (ninth out of ten). HORSE on Friday night was epic win though... ended up splitting the pot with exile17 despite having a 2-1 chip lead. I'm sorry, but I'm not about to play heads-up against the Greatest Poker Player in the Fandom in HORSE. I'm smarter than that. :p

Speaking of exile17, we had to stop the softball game momentarily to send someone from Lombard to Downers Grove to get the ball I hit off of him. Yeah I just went there. Pitch me outside next time. ^^ (Next at-bat, he did pitch me outside, and I hit into a fielder's choice. hehe)

Kind of upset, though... all the black guys got segregated in the same hotel room. There also were assigned non-black caretakers to make sure that we didn't steal anything. So I got absolutely no free towels or clotheshangers or pillows out of the deal. In some ways it feels like a wasted trip. *growls*

On the way back I stopped in Marion and had dinner with neopantyger and his girlfriend howodd_nichole who both drove over from Carbondale to hang out at 17th Street BBQ. I'm still smiling... You two make a terrific couple! Thanks for the dining experience, and I hope you enjoy Shop Music, and Nichole, I hope your brother enjoys the Furst Album. :)

and oh by the way...

Megaplex is in four more days!!! Who all will I see there? If you're not sure where to find me, there are rumors that the Main Event Room on Friday at 7 pm will be hosting a piano concert, and I definitely have to check that out. I hope you will, too!

Speaking of which, I'm about to mail a package to tigerbombf in Malaysia that may or may not contain a pair of furry hip-hop albums. A similar package is on its way to Iraq via dresden_wolf. I think it is still safe to say that the sun never sets on Shopwrecker Nation, and that's why Lead Shopwrecker is a full-time salaried position with compensation in smiles and raised paws. =^_^=

I work every single day, 7 days a week 3-12:30 am every single day.

My next day off is the morning I board my flight for Megaplex. Im working earler that night till 12:30 am, I leave for the airport around 5-6 am

Im drained and exhausted. I work 49+ hours a week. I have had only two days off ALL MONTH...


Im greatful for the job, but it a day off would be nice too...

Im making really good money, partly because im not spending any of it either...

When all you do is work, you tend not to spend much....so im just investing it all.

Well I need to head to bed..work again tomorrow.

That was the note that frazzle sent when he didn't want to reply via email or pay when I told him was an ok time to pay. Maybe you guys can agree with me that one should pay at least no later than 2 days after the auction has ended because it is an auction and you should have the money handy.

I think this guy is worried someone is going to hurt him which all in all it will not happen. No I do not want that to happen all I wanted to know is why he toyed with us and why he even bid on the otters, not one otter but both. And if he was that upset with not meeting up with me at Disney to do the shady transaction (transactions in person are shady) then why bid on the second costume?. When he took a while to pay on the second costume I even emailed the 2nd highest bidder and told him this guy had been such a pain to pay that he would probably fall through. I am sure the 2nd bidder is reading this and you can even tell your part of the story as I still have the emails :).

The only time when we were doing a transaction I was snippy with him is when he took forever and a half to answer emails to get back to me.But all this will make more sense once all the screen shots are gathered which I will do once this post has been completed.

Please do not bid if you plan on being a flake, it is not cool for anyone.

I just need to get the otters back to finish and fix this mess once and for all.

Both parents are currently in New Orleans. I've been spending sometime over their place. Using the club for mostly fitness purposes. Watching a bit of Cable tv... The only thing I realized I've missing were advertisements really. Its both a good and a bad thing really.
Woke up at 5am to take my mother to the airport.
Went back to sleep and got like 2 or 3 hours of rest.
Joan Rivers is being Roasted on Aug 9! Now that I must see.
Went to see the New Harry Potter with my friends from Highschool. It was nice to see them again. And I enjoyed the movie very much. Course some of my friends were booing for scenes not left in. I particularly couldn't remember every single bit I read so I didn't mind. I was getting choked up with Dumbledor died and everyone was raising their wands. They made me sign up with Facebook to stay in touch with them. I'm on too many Social Networking websites. u.u
Wish I could've hung out with them more but I had to head into work. I enjoy my work's employee cafeteria. Really cheap and also having a daily entree is great to help me choose what to get. The Safety division came around that day and attached a microphone to me to record the sound levels I was exposed to throughout the day. Was fun and kind of made me look like a Spy. They gave me a free meal ticket for it. Hurray!

I can do generalized readings on your overall life or advice on specific situations, etc. Basically you choose what gets done during your half hour. I'll be available from 7-10 pm Friday, noon-11pm Saturday, and from 10-6 Sunday.

If I get good reception I'll be doing this as a yearly thing as a dealer.

The new FursuitLounge is almost complete!! one of the most important steps is just making it live! Over the next couple days the servers will be updating to the new site.. Because of this Total re-design and changing of systems the new site will need you to re-register! BUT on the plus side is the new system is more powerful, faster and has a TON of new options for you guys.. I'll go into more detail in a bit.. I started the name server change yesterday. *Face Book Connect - Do you have a face book account? Well click on the face book connect button and login.. It will sync your FB account with your FL account (This is not tested as the servers need to be fully updated to the new site before we can)

*Forum - New phpBB3 software forum.. (One still pending modification is skinning the forum to match the site but that is coming soon.. What ever skin you choose for the site, the forum will match)

*Convention Information - Although currently not active this will be returning. We are testing out calender/discussion features currently
